    Refund and Exchanges
    • If there is a problem with your order and the error is on our behalf, we will correct this as soon as possible. A design proof is sent via email before your order is started, it is your responsibility to double check that the design, wording, details and spelling are correct.
    • Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange/returns if you change your mind.
    • We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item is damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible. 
    • Please note that customer orders are strictly non refundable and cannot be exchanged for change of mind, so please choose carefully. 
    Discount Codes and Sale Prices
    On occasion we offer sale prices and coupon codes which can only be applied at the time of your order and can not be applied after your purchase is complete. Discounts can not be applied to existing orders. 
    Candle Care
    Candles are delicate in nature and require to be handled with care. If scratched or handled roughly then the candle may be compromised. However, under normal circumstances the print on the candle will not deteriorate.

    Please follow our 12 step candle care and caring for the wick to ensure you and your candle safety. 
    A safety label is placed on all our candles for you to follow to ensure proper care to you, your belongings and your candle.
