The Nitty Gritty of WickitywickPersonalised Candles & Unity Sand POST Wickitywick Candles delivers to all states within Australia. WA and NT will encounter a higher postage charge. All Candles are sent via Registered or Express post. A priority service is also provided for last minute orders.
As Wickitywick is a Gold Coast company we offer home delivery of candles to all Gold Coast Residents. All products are presented in a gorgeous box secured by foam, covered with tissue paper to match your theme colour and finished with your theme colour ribbon. The foam moulds around your candles or vases to ensure that they do not move at all through out the delivery process. It is then placed in an Ausralia Post box and posted to you via either Regular, Registered or Express Post. I feel my products need to packaged like this to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. However, once it leaves my office it is in the hands of Australia Post and unfortunately I can not take any responsibility for any miss handling by Australia Post but in saying that I have had no trouble to date. ORDER TIMES Please allow up to 15 working days plus delivery times for the delivery of your Candle/s or Unity Sand Sets following payment. If your order is needed before 15 working days, a priority service is also provided. For large orders such as Bomboniere & Gift Candles please allow up to 4 weeks. PRIORITY ORDERS A priority service is also provided for last minute orders. Priority orders are considered urgent and will be completed prior to Standard orders. An extra $20 per candle applies on top of delivery fees. However, Funeral candles are considered a high priority and will not be charged any extra. Cheques will not be accepted for Priority Orders as cheques take 5 days to clear.
PAYMENT Once I have advised you of the total amount, payment needs to be received and paid in full within 3 days. The payment options are direct debit, money order and cheque. When paying by cheque, your order may take a little longer as cheques require 5 working days to clear. I will advise you further on payment details at the same time I confirm your order. Please make Cheques and Money Orders payable to 'Amanda Greco' and I will advise you of my mailing address at the time of payment.
PRIVACY Customers details and personal information will remain the property of Wickitywick Candles and will not be passed on to any third party. All documentation will be kept strictly confidential.
PHOTOS Photos for your candle/s can be mailed or emailed to me. I do not charge any extra to scan original photos. Please note that all original photos will be sent back with your order. Email photos must be sent in either a JPEG, Bitmap or GIFF format and be no more then 300dpi. All photos should be taken from the shoulders up and if emailing the photos make sure it is the largest image possible as the quality of the photo will be higher.
TAPER CANDLES You will receive 2 free Taper Candles with every Candle order. They make a special memento to give to a special person for them to remember the Occasion, for example; God Parents, Maid of Honor and Best Man or your Parents. Taper Candles will have your name and the date on them and they can also have the venue or the name of the person and their role of the day that you will be giving them too.
